Pre-painted Steel Sheets

A. Pre-Painted Steel for Construction Materials :

Pre-Painted Steel for Construction materials is mainly coated by Regular Modified Polyester which is suitable for building interior/exterior materials. The customer could also choose other types of paint such as SMP, PVDF, Polyuerthane resin which could enhance the corrosion resistance, workability, and anti-pollution depending on the usage.

Note 1) Materials used for prepainted steel sheet: GI, GA, EGI, SGL, AL, BP, TFS, TP, SUS, ALCOT etc.

Note 2) 2COAT 2BAKING is available for coating layer on both the top and back sides.

B. Pre-Painted Steel for Home Appliances :

Pre-Painted Steel for Home Appliances is mainly coated by Hi-Polymer Polyester on the base plate. Hi-Polymer Polyester resin is identical to the Regular Modified Polyester resin, however, the former is used for deep drawing products such as refrigerators, VTR’s, and microwaves, which requires a high degree of flexibility to display smooth surface and outstanding polish.

C. Print Coated Steel :

Print Coated Steel is a high class printing steel plate which applied gravure offset printing type to print the pattern on the steel plate. We customize a wide range of patterns and colors such as wooden, stone, metal patterns to fulfil each customer's needs.
